Every service I sell maps to a system I have already delivered.
I lead digital transformation across two agricultural businesses in Ecuador and Peru and I run their systems. I built the Ecuadorian-American Chamber of Commerce's website and CRM. Previously, as CEO of FintechDev Pro, I led the delivery of eight financial platforms.
ClientAgricultural operations in Ecuador and Peru
SectorAgribusiness, two countries
I run the technology foundation of two businesses in Ecuador and Peru.
My roleI lead digital transformation, IT and innovation for both companies, and I operate the infrastructure their systems run on myself.
Problem
Two operating companies in two countries and five business domains — commissions, sales, ERP, fleet and analytics — on a single technology foundation, on infrastructure the group controls.
Approach
- Odoo as the multi-company ERP, on its own PostgreSQL instance
- Seven PostgreSQL instances serving the two companies: commissions, sales, ERP, fleet and analytics
- Every database on SATA SSD: on that node measured fsync latency leaves the NVMe several times behind, and the measurement decides
- Metabase in production on PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB as the group's business intelligence layer
- Self-hosted Traccar for fleet tracking, inside the same business-systems layer
- Two Windows virtual machines holding the Excel processes I am automating and retiring in phases
Result
Four of the six services on this site — ERP, business intelligence, fleet tracking and automation — are running here, in production, for two real companies. Seven PostgreSQL instances serve commissions, sales, ERP, fleet and analytics, with Odoo, Metabase and Traccar on top.
ClientThe same agricultural operation's own fleet
SectorGPS fleet tracking
Fleet tracking runs on the company's own infrastructure, not on a vendor's portal.
My roleI installed and administer the tracking server inside the business-systems infrastructure I operate.
Problem
GPS fleet tracking inside the company's own business-systems infrastructure, with position history in a time-series database the company controls and queries directly.
Approach
- Self-hosted Traccar as the tracking server
- TimescaleDB behind it for position history — time-series storage built for the write pattern GPS devices produce
- Database placed on SATA SSD by the same measured-fsync rule that governs every database on that node
- Operated as one of the seven PostgreSQL-family instances serving the two businesses
- History exposed to Metabase, so routes can be crossed against sales and cost
Result
GPS tracking runs on self-hosted Traccar backed by TimescaleDB, inside the business-systems infrastructure I administer. It is the fleet and asset tracking service, exactly as I sell it.
ClientEcuadorian-American Chamber of Commerce
SectorBinational chamber of commerce
I built the Ecuadorian-American Chamber of Commerce's website and CRM.
My roleI am a member of the chamber. I designed and built its website and its CRM.
Problem
The Ecuadorian-American Chamber of Commerce, which brings together the companies doing business between Ecuador and the United States, needed a public web platform and a CRM to run its member relationships.
Approach
- The chamber's public web platform
- A CRM for the institution's member and contact relationships
- The membership register as a single record, instead of lists scattered across personal inboxes
- Design and build of both, end to end, by me
Result
I brought my platform and relationship-management experience to the chamber I belong to: I built its website and its CRM. It is the reference for the CRM service.
Eight platforms delivered
Eight projects across fintech, insurtech and e-commerce: portfolio administration and valuation, market information consolidation, gold investment with physical custody, electronic factoring, retail trading, a six-app web and mobile ecosystem, and the experience and interface design for an insurance platform. This is the depth behind the custom development service, not the limit of what I build.
AttributionAs CEO of FintechDev Pro, I led the delivery of these eight projects between 2021 and 2026. The consultancy closed in 2026.

What these three cases prove
The first is the ERP, the business intelligence layer and the automation working together for a group of two companies in two countries. The second is self-hosted fleet tracking, with the history in the company’s hands. The third is the CRM and web platform of an institution that lives by its membership register.
They are the same four services listed in the catalogue, installed and in production. The other two — the diagnostic and custom development — are the work that precedes them and the work that extends them.
Integration experience
Bloomberg. Interactive Brokers. Stock exchange feeds. PayPal, Stripe, PayPhone and Place2Pay. I have led integrations against every one of them: open banking, electronic payments and market connectivity, the work where a transaction that fails to reconcile has accounting consequences and not only technical ones. That standard is what I bring to any system I build today, financial or not.
Let’s talk about the system you need to build
I start with a one-week diagnostic: fixed fee, written findings. Request the diagnostic.
I start by understanding your system.
